Our Coaches
Coach Ary
Coach Ary started her fitness and health journey almost eight years ago. Around 21 she started feeling discouraged about her weight and the way she looked and felt. She began trying it all. From diets after diets, to the commercial gym and even home exercise videos; but nothing stuck. She struggled with keeping herself motivated and felt trapped. But then someone introduced her to crossfit. “I was so amazed at it all. I loved the high intensity workouts, the lifting, and the community. From day one I was hooked”. It was by seeing the other women working out, her mindset on beauty and health began to shift. She came to believe and understand that being fit and healthy didn’t mean you were suppose to be a size 0 with long thin legs. “I came to love my body and who I was through this style of working out”. Coach Ary believes that being confident in who you are and building others is the ultimate beauty.
Because of her love for fitness, health and people, Coach Ary got certified in strength and conditioning and has been coaching for 6 years. She now strives to help others see themselves as confident and strong.
“I get so much joy out of coaching and seeing someone accomplish a goal they’ve been working so hard at.”
Coach Lyndsay
My Fitness journey started 4 years ago. I was a new mom and determined to find a new fitness routine. I struggled with my weight from an early age, so I chose to make a lifestyle change in my early 20s, lost 60 pounds, and it taught me the importance of hard work and dedication.
Prior to CrossFit, I was very involved in competitive cheerleading for over 17 years. I was both an athlete and a coach. I retired from the sport right before I had my daughter and didn’t have the time to go back. When I realized that CrossFit has gymnastics incorporated in its programming, it really caught my attention. I fell in love after my first class and I haven’t stopped trying to better myself every day since then. It truly is my therapy.
In the beginning of 2021, I received my CF-L1. Coaching CrossFit has brought back so many of the same exciting feelings that I had when I was coaching cheer. I do this because the feeling I get from helping someone excel is unmatched. Every coach I’ve had along this journey has taught me something that I will always remember and I only hope that I can do that for the athletes I coach.
Coach Will
Coach Will has been active playing many different sports since a very young age. It wasn’t until sophomore year of high school where he realized that incorporating fitness and proper nutrition can help improve performance in sports. After seeing a transformation he quickly realized that this was something he wanted to continue doing and to help others achieve their fitness goals as well. After high school coach Will wanted something to train for other than sports, so he began to train for aesthetics by training and competing in bodybuilding physique shows. After a few years of that, coach Will missed the feeling of training for performance and got into the world of functional training by walking into a CrossFit box and hasn’t looked back since.
Coach Will has now been coaching for 4 years and has a level 1 Crossfit certification and has an educational background from the university of Keiser. Graduating with a Bachelors degree in Sports medicine and fitness technology (Health and Human performance).
“ My goal as a coach is to help individuals make health and fitness a lifestyle choice and something to live by and to build a strong community through the love of fitness.”
Coach Pieraldo
My fitness journey began almost 3 years ago when I first set foot at Unrelenting Fitness. I emailed Will, the Head Coach, interested in trying out their classes and quickly heard back with an enthusiastic invite. Myself and my wife dropped in to our first class with the 6:30pm group and have never left! I almost immediately loved the group setting, where everyone in class was on the same program, all different ages, sizes, and fitness levels.
As with many adults my age, I struggled with my weight for many years. I played soccer and baseball in high school, which kept me active and relatively fit. After graduating high school, having kids shortly after, and focusing on my career, I gradually gained weight year after year. I tried many different diets, programs, and gyms all with the same limited results, and often rebounding and gaining more weight than I had lost. I had low energy, struggled to get a good night’s sleep, and had borderline hypertension.
Through hard work and consistency, I have made the biggest and most positive changes in my life. I am now the healthiest I have ever been and look forward to working out every day, and continuing to get fitter, faster, and stronger. I am very passionate about technique and skill, and pride myself in moving well. I am now passing on my love of fitness to my 2 teenage boys. From watching me and my wife working out and loving the process, their interest in Crossfit and training grew and eventually led to them joining us. That is where I first realized that I loved coaching, and that I could be great at it. Seeing the joy on my kids face after achieving a new skill or a new milestone is the greatest feeling in the world and I look forward to sharing that with new athletes that I coach in the future.
Coach Orlando
Since a very young age fitness and sport has been a big part of Coach "O"s life. His father was his biggest influence instilling a strong work ethic, the importance of a healthy fit lifestyle and a love for sports. Orlando gravitated to baseball and it became a passion for him. He would go on to play ball at the college level. After college and his baseball career behind him he continued to make fitness a part of his daily life. After years of working out at traditional gyms Orlando was introduced to Crossfit by a family member and fell in love right away. Over the past 8 years Coach "O" has grown as an athlete and eventually as a coach attaining the Crossfit level 1 and endurance certifications. He loves to compete and finds great joy in helping our members achieve their fitness goals on the days hes not on shift with the St Lucie County Fire Dept.
"I love how Crossfit can always challenge you no matter what skill level you are or what your athletic abilities may be. Being at the box is like a second home for my family and I and I enjoy how it builds comradery and how lifelong friendships are created here. My ultimate goal as a coach is to increase my knowledge and create a positive atmosphere for our members who are willing to challenge themselves and help motivate them to reach their health and fitness goals. It’s something I find to be very rewarding as a coach."
